Precision components has, for over 50 years been at the forefront of screw compressor rotor manufacture. We work closely with our customers to produce all types of compressor and supercharger screws. Key to our success is our high-speed rotor milling machines that offer high stock removal rates and our thread grinding machines that offer on-board measuring capabilities. This provides us with the flexibility to produce both prototype rotors and volume production.
In the event that our customers have to accommodate cyclic demands and flex their capacity needs, or are in the process of investing in additional manufacturing plant, we are able to cater for component applications for the aerospace, medical and automotive industries using our superabrasive edgetek machining centres. We also have on-site facilities for subcontract grinding of high precision machine spindles and arbors.
